POSITION: Account Manager – Promotional Marketing
Summary: The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a client advocate, collaborating with internal departments to understand and fulfill client needs. Responsibilities include proactively managing the sales pipeline, engaging with clients in-person, over the phone, or via email, addressing client concerns, analyzing data, and enhancing the overall customer experience to drive sales for Synergy Imports. Collaboration with various departments is essential for tasks such as preparing product presentations, creating art proofs, developing email marketing campaigns, and other related activities. The Account Manager will provide administrative support to Account Directors while maintaining and growing their own book of business.
What does the position entail?
Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Company Overview: Synergy Imports helps colleges and universities bring their marketing and promotional ideas to life by providing them custom imprinted products and merchandise. Our branded products are sold to schools who distribute them to students, staff, alumni and fans. We distribute everything from sunglasses, apparel and bags to drinkware, office and technology products. We find the products, brand them and get them delivered in time for the big game or event. We have worked on projects for the Men’s and Women’s NCAA Final Fours, College World Series, BCS Bowl games, NFL, MLB and NHL teams.
